Hi,

I entered the wrong ID mobile number I submitted the details online the port request online, I need to cancel this port request please help

HI, 

I entered one digit wrong I was submit the details online to port my old number to ID mobile.

I enter the  wrong ID mobile mobile, Please can you help.

Hi there @MR_SS 

If you’ve entered 1 digit incorrectly then it’s very likely that the PAC will simply fail, given that the number and the PAC (code) won’t be a match.

You should be able to register your iD Mobile account online (using the iD Mobile we gave you with the SIM) and then you can re-submit the PAC (code) correctly and your old number using the iD website or our iD Mobile App.
