Can someone help me cancel my sim, no customer service help at all. I am on a pay as you go deal, but still being charged even tho I now have switched to 02

Hi @Si_irv, it's easy to cancel in the iD Mobile app.

Simply log in, go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'.
