Cancellation

Hi, I have recently purchased a sim only contract to find that the sim is not compatible with my phone. I have tried to cancel this 30 contract through the app and online through my account, a process which seems to go round in circles. For this reason I am unable to cancel the contract. I would like assistance in cancelling ASAP.
