Cancellation due to poor signal

I have been having trouble with poor signal quality for many months now. I upgraded to the Samsung s20 Fe and since then have received frequent call drops,  almost every call, and poor data service.

This have had a very negative impact on my experience with ID.

All settings have been checked and the phone has been set up correctly. I would like to cancel my account using my right to cancel under the supply of goods and services act 1982. Please advise me of the procedure

You can leave at anytime but you will be billed for any remaining months due under your contractual agreement. 🙂
