Cancellation within cooling off period

I would like to cancel my sim only pay monthly plan which I applied for a week ago. I haven’t activated the sim card but would like confirmation that the account is closed.

Could someone please contact me to confirm this.

Hi @iainmacl13, the SIM is activated the moment it leaves our warehouse. You can cancel the plan by contacting our Live Chat team or via the iD Mobile app.
