Cancelling contract

My contract is due to end on 13.07.2022, I’ve just requested my PAC code which arrived.  I’ve then immediately received another text saying ‘as requested, the scheduled disconnection of your ID mobile plan has been cancelled and your service will continue as normal.  I don’t want to wait another 30 days for my plan to end.  Is there something I can do about this please?

Sounds strange @Sarah Cottrell.

Have you given the PAC to another service provider yet?

Okay @Sarah Cottrell, try using the PAC you’ve been given.

 If it doesn’t work then you’ll need to contact iD using their online chat service https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
