I have tried numerous times to get in touch with ID mobile to cancel my contract. Neither the link on the app or the website works. They don’t respond to facebook messages or emails and there is no phone number. I have now just cancelled my direct debit instead. Has anyone else done this - and has their credit score been damaged as a result?
I feel like they are holding me to ransom as my contract has ended and I should have every right to cancel! The lack of customer service from this company is unforgivable...
