Cancelling my contract at end of 24 months

I have tried numerous times to get in touch with ID mobile to cancel my contract. Neither the link on the app or the website works. They don’t respond to facebook messages or emails and there is no phone number. I have now just cancelled my direct debit instead. Has anyone else done this - and has their credit score been damaged as a result?

I feel like they are holding me to ransom as my contract has ended and I should have every right to cancel! The lack of customer service from this company is unforgivable...

 Canceling the Direct Debit would only mean you’ve switched to the option of paying your bills manually now. We will send you a Private Message so can help with cancelling your plan. To view the message sent. Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.
