cancelling plan

Upgraded my son to a contract phone on ID, he couldn’t log into my ID app to cancel sim only plan for previous phone so cancelled direct debit, don’t know old number, account name or password, can’t get in touch with anyone all emails are no reply! I have 4 ID phone plans for kids, thinking of cancelling them all (if I can) if they don’t stop chasing money, really hard to deal with
