Cannot obtain PAC code

My contract with ID was terminated on Sunday evening and my number is no longer valid. Can I please get help getting my PAC no. as all my business and personal contacts have this number.

Hi there @m_umar 

If your account has already been disconnected then unfortunately that number would be lost.  PAC (codes) can only be generated on active numbers you see.

Was the line definitely disconnected on Sunday?  Or do you simply mean an existing 24-month contract period has finished?
