Question

cant add my bank details to set up direct debit


Hi!

1. I am UK based and have a UK based bank account 

2. I have double and triple checked, the information is correct 

3. I have tried adding the direct debit on both the app AND the website, neither work 

 

Please advise 😅

The error message says 

Sorry your direct debit details are not available at the moment 

I'm with Barclays Bank

I haven't but I have had 0 other issued with my bank details in any other situation so I don't think it's an issued on the details/bank part 😔
