I have an active unlimited bundle on my pay as you go. But for some days now I can’t make calls because it says I have reached my capped limit. Text not going through and cannot connect to internet. I checked my is account an it confirms I have an active unlimited bundle till 05/05/2021. There’s is nothing as cap or whatever on my account even if I wanted to increase this “cap limit”, I do t have that option on my pay as you go.

also was sent a text by my GP to call to book a medication review appointment
i can’t access my repeat prescription without this.
