I cant make or receive calls

Userlevel 1

I have moved from another network over the weekend and supplied PUC code to transfer to new network. It's now Tuesday and my phone has a message SiM not provisioned for calls. Amy ideas? ThanksĀ

I have tried live chat but not helpful as it either states check signal or activate new sim. I wasnt issued a new sim.

Were you able to get through to an agent for extra help?
