Cant register sim card

I have just returned to ID mobile. I ordered a pay monthly SIM and ported my old number.

When I try to register my number to set up my account it says my number is already registered and to log in using my old account.

I tried doing that and it said because my account hasn't been used in 6 months it is now closed.

It won't accept my phone number but will accept the number that the SIM card came with but obviously I can't get a security code with that because it isn't the number on my SIM.

I tried live chat and they told me to register with a different email which I tried but it still says the number is already registered...I'm going round in circles!!

Please can someone help!!
