You may be best popping into a Carphone Warehouse store if you can? They can help you exchange and find a phone that is more suitable.

Hi, I was speaking to Ryan of ID support yesterday and he asked me for my full name, full address inc post code and date of birth and ID phone number. He was going to arrange the return of the upgrade. and send another phone.Can you check the files to see how far he had prgresses. Brian
