I have bought a new iD pay monthly online last week and I requested to transfer my number from EE to iD. I have requested the PAC code and followed the instruction on Friday 18 June and now it’s Tuesday 22 June and nothing has happened. I have not inserted the new iD sim in my phone yet as I need to have my phone number active for work reasons. Should I redo the process or is there an issue because my EE was pay as you go?
