Has anyone had any success with finding out how to change your mobile number? I need to do it urgently

I need to change my number as soon as possible as I am being harassed. Please advise what to do.

We’ll drop you a Private message now to assist you with your number change. Please be aware that a £25 fee will be applied to your next bill in relation to this, unless you can provide a Crime reference number, relevant to the reason that you’re changing the number.

I currently have an overseas mobile number and need to change it to a UK number asap h having relocated back. Can ID mobile provide a new number with their SIM only plans and deals?

Hi @Nerys Evans 

 

When you begin with iD Mobile a new mobile number will be assigned to you, if you want to bring a number across to our network you’ll be able to do so via a PAC code that you can request from your previous network.

 

To request a PAC code text “65075” with the letters “PAC” and submit it to us via the iD Mobile Port Form.
