Changing my plan after my contract has ended

Hi there, 

My contract ended yesterday 23rd June 2021. I do not want to upgrade and enter a new contract, I just want to change my plan to a lower amount with more data. As my contract has ended I should be able to do this. 

With the change my plan option - am I entering into a new contract? Or does my existing contract end and this new plan continues at the lower amount? What’s the difference between this and sim only upgrade? I don’t seem to have that option?

Hi @Rmartin1993 

When doing a plan change through your iD app/account, your existing contract will end and the new plan continues at the chosen tariff/price for 12 months. Your number will also remain the same.
