Changing plan and keeping number

Hi,

I’m a bit confused now and I believe I mixed something up.

I was having Pay as you go for at least 3 years but I decided to do an upgrade. Since there was no interesting upgrades in “my account” I decided to get a new contract separately on ID Mobile website without being logged-in. I get a PAC on my old account to keep my number but it is not working. As I understand it is not working because technically it is the same network (?). So Auto-switching is not working. 

Please help. I’ve got a new contract and I need to keep my old number.

Unfortunately, you can not port your existing iD number to another iD sim. iD mobile does not support internal migrations. If you are wanting to keep the same number then your only option would be to cancel the new contract sim and upgrade your pas you go sim.
