Charged for SIM not received
id mobile was robbing me for tens of pounds since I put an order online but not receiving a sim card few months ago. I asked for a refund but got denied. I ask to close my account though I didn't know I have one. They still charge me for another month. The fact is I even didn't get the sim card. Its completely no service at all for the money I paid. Moreover it just pissed me off and make me so annoyed of what they did. Anyone has the same problem as mine?

It may be that the SIM was lost on the way to you, but we would need to look further into this to see what has happened.
