charged twice

Hi,

I have been charged in July’s Bill for the period 26/06 to 17/08. Which has meant my monthly direct debit is now nearly double what it should be.

i am then being charged for this months bill for the period 18/07 to 17/08, meaning I have been double charged for this period.

please can someone help correct this?
