My phone is completely dead and will not charge. I have tried it on multiple chargers and still wont charge. Cant contact id mobile as they are closed but what can i do phone is less than a year old

Can you please confirm who the manufacturer of your phone is? Provided the phone has not suffered any accidental damage, you should be covered under your manufacturing warranty.Â
Perhaps you could try speaking to them and see what they have to say.
