Why should we use Chat as the agents cannot answer any of the questions I have asked?

I cannot even get into the chat. The link doesn’t work.  What kind of joke is this?  Pathetic customer service.

Sorry to hear that.

We’ve not got any reported downtime with the Live chat so it should be working.

Sometimes browsers can block this if you have ad-blockers enabled.
