Closing account

Hi,

I’m trying to close my pay monthly account as I have lost my phone and do not want to replace it. I have filled out the lost SIMM and lost phone forms. I thought I closed the account, but received an email saying that I need to make another payment, and I have cancelled the DDM.

What to do???

My contract ends 22nd December this year, I have tried the ending contract steps on your site only to be given a link , which is not currently working.

 

I want my contract to end December and not renew
