My mobile phone does not function at present : it won't receive or send either calls or texts. Can you make it work again please?

Hi @dulgil 

We are sorry to hear this. Have you tried restarting your handset? Please can you change the network type to LTE/4G/3G in settings on your phone. This can be found in Settings > Mobile networks.
