I ordered an upgrade for my son for Xmas and believe it was to be delivered around 15th December. I just want to confirm this and cant get hold of anyone!! Worst customer service ever - should I just cancel and go with another provider!

Still waiting for a response from ID on this. Delivery date was actually end of November.

Which handset did you order? Is it an iPhone by any chance?

I believe some of the models have been delayed until January.
