Contract declined due to issue with previous Sim

I am a current ID Sim only customer, I have applied to buy a new phone through mobiles.co.uk on a monthly contract still with ID but I have been declined.

They have advised that it may be to do with a previous issue I had with a SIM card purchase which I was not aware of. 
I urgently need to resolve this as I need a new phone and I am concerned about my credit score can somebody assist and contact me as I cannot seem to speak to anyone at ID?
