Contract Exchange - change of mind

Hi guys, I got a new contract from iD website but I wanted to exchange it for a different phone? Is it possible and do I need another credit check?

I am not sure what credit checks works when you try to exchange your phone but I can confirm that you are eligible for return or exchange for 14 days if you want to do it in Carphone Warehouse or 30 days if you would like to do it directly with iD Mobile. You can pop into your local store for more details or contact iD Mobile directly by using this link.

If you're unhappy with your recent purchase, then we'd need to arrange for a return on that. Once that is all completed and ticked off on our systems. You would then be able to apply for another handset contract.
You would be subject to another credit check upon applying again as the deal would very likely be a different one. Follow the contact link@Hikari kindly posted above though if you need to reach out to our team more directly, for help with the return.
