I’d mobile said they sent my pac through text but I haven’t received it and just want to leave

You can obtain a PAC via the following methods:
- Text PAC to 65075 to get your code.
- Login to your iD Mobile account and click My account > Thinking of Leaving? > Switch or Cancel Now > Get a PAC code
If you’re not receiving the text containing your PAC code then speak to live chat.
