Coronavirus over 70s free unlimited minutes

Are there any plans to include the most vulnerable in your offer of “Free unlimited minutes for over-70s “?


I have Cystic Fibrosis and am therefore in the highest risk category. Even more at risk than a normal over 70 year old with no underlying health conditions. I have even greater stringent controls on my self isolation rules. 


It would help a lot if you include those of us in this category who are self isolating on medical grounds, not because we are over 70.

Obviously it’s harder for us to know these things about any customers as it’s not something we’d generally ever need to know about a person when signing up for an iD Mobile service.
