Id have the wrong phone number on my Account details - it’s the original one they gave me before porting my old one over to them.

If you’re concerned about number shown in your iD My Account online, I’d recommend getting in-touch using the online chat service, at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - ask the iD agent to update the information.
The iD customer service agents work until 8pm weekdays.
To avoid the chat-bot, type “talk to a person” after connecting - anyway, good luck.
