Recently renewed my contract , my old sim worked perfectly for 2 weeks approx, then it started it glitch so I swapped to the new sim , as advised by car phone warehouse when I upgraded. I activated it waited abt 2 hours and it appeared to work fine. Almost immediately it also started glitching - I would get error readings saying that no sim was inserted and only emergency calls possible. It works sometimes but most of the time I can't make a complete call without being cut off. I'm in lockdown like everyone else. Can any one help?
