Can you please help me ,I have a problem with my credit score .I had a contract couple a years ago, closed now ,but it seems i have a bad credit score review from ID MOBILE ,due to some late payments, made in time because I had direct debit. i don’t remember what number I use to have, and I can’t contact anyone to speak about how can I remove that from my credit score.
