Mobiles.co.uk mis sold me an ID Mobile Sim only account in February so I cancelled this on receipt of simcard realising the error, nothing more was said about this and I took out contract with a reputable provider.
Today I note that ID mobile have filed a missed payment against me of £1 ?? Damaging my credit store for an account I cancelled will within the 14 day cooling off period for a Sim that was never even put into a phone!
No letter, no late payment reminded - nothing? Seems to be a regular thing with this company just done out of spite because we choose to cancel with them - no problem, angry dosn’t even touch how I feel about you right now - bunch of thieves!
Please can someone make contact to resolve this? I do not believe I owe you any money let alone £1.
