Being a customer with you for over a year now just received a message from you saying that you are closed down due to this coronavirus. I just wanted to check that our online services will still be actived and also payments methods will be the same no change or other charges will be taken out.

Hey @Maryrose,

I understand your concern. Everything is operating as normal as far as the network services are concerned and payments will still be taken as normal via direct debit.

We are still able to be contacted over Twitter, Facebook and via email if you need further assistance.
