Is it possble to get help from a real person at customer service.

 

I have tried for three days and no luck.

I'm not receiving the reset code to enter my account.

I'm coming to the end of my contract but I need to discuss the idea of continuing with ID e.g what deals you have, costs etc.

If you have the iD Mobile App downloaded, you can check on there as to when your plan is coming to an end.
