Customer Support??

So I'm now at the end of my second week of trying to get through to ID Mobile customer support and and honestly loosing the will to live. You can't phone because you get an automated message and nobody is ever available over live chat (I've tried who knows how many times now!). It's an absolute joke. 

 

Any suggestions?
