Why should I be surprised.  I am trying to cancel my contract online, and I keep getting message  InformationSomething went wrong!

Someone, anyone or maybe even Customer Services  -  please tell me what the trick is.  Thanks.

There’s a cancellation option in the automated phone service on 7777 (from an iD phone).

Listen out for something like - I’m thinking of leaving.

Hi @MrAngry, if you’re not getting anywhere on the app or over the phone, I’d recommend speaking to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams.

Hi all.

7777 didn’t work but I was directed to another number.

Phone number for cancellations at time of writing this message is:  0800 049 0250

Then provide number to be cancelled, and choose options.  2 and 3 if simply want to cancel contract.

Very long winded but it did work eventually.

By the way Rory, I’m a luddite and don’t use Social Media, and the chat wasn’t working either when I tried it.  Thanks though for taking time to offer support.
