I need to end my monthly data sim contract but this is not possible through the app/online account as I dont have the sim from 2+ years ago ….. There are no customer service agents to talk to as the IVR is not able to put me through. You have not sent a final bill to my email just sent a debt collector, who has contacted me on the same records you have on file.
DEFAULT showing on my credit file, no way to call you, live chat is never avaliable for me, for a £15 debt how rediculous
