Difficulty keeping current number

Hi,

I’ve just moved to iD mobile from another network, but am having real difficulty in keeping my old number.

 

I’ve followed the steps outlined on the website: requested PAC code from old network, submitted code to iD, activated new sim. I have been waiting over 5 days, and people are still receiving texts/calls from the new number.

This is really frustrating. Would appreciate someone having a look.
