direct debit bank accoint switch

Hi, I've just changed the bank account linked to my direct debit. But now I have no service or data, it's like my package has been cancelled. Everything looks fine on the app.

Do you mean the direct debit details appear to be for your new bank account, in both the iD app and your iD My Account online?
