Direct Debit Issue

I am trying to set up a direct debit on my account however I keep getting a message saying that ‘we have been unable to validate the bank details that you enetered. Check info and try again’

 

I can’t change my plan unless I set up a direct debit, yet when I try it won't let me?

Hi @Kim2403 

Have you tried using another card to set up the direct debit? Also, have you ever set up a direct debit in the past? If so, we can re-instate the original direct debit that was set up when you had purchased the sim contract.
