I have taken out a new phone contact with you in my name but it is for my daughter who will be using/paying the contract. I received the direct debit letter through the post saying all is set up fine but the payment has not been taken, it stated it would be taken on the 28th March but it still hasn’t gone out of my daughter’s account. I am wanting to check there are no issues and that that payment will be taken. My concern is that the ID mobile account is in my name but my daughter is using her back account to make the direct debit payment.
