Disconnected From ID

To Whom This May Concern,

 

Unfortunately my phone was disconnected due to unpaid bills.

 

I had no reminders of unpaid bills.

 

I have paid the outstanding amount but told my phone contract is terminated, which is totally bad bad business.

 

So what can i do about my number, i need my number to be activated, can i have new contract or pay as go for this number?

 

Please get back to me as this number is very important and my only form of communication.

Hi there @NotHappy0123 

It would always be down to the end user to make sure your bills were paid.

We would send reminders to you by email and also eventually by post. 

Though if your address details have not been kept up to date in your iD Mobile App or your email inbox has been filtering emails from us to your junk/ spam folder that is something outside of our hands.

 

We would only ever disconnect an account if three months had passed consecutively with no bills being paid.  If that was the case in this example then unfortunately there’s nothing further we’d be able to do at this stage.  The services would be disconnected and if you had still time left on a contract then you would receive a final bill for the remainder of the contract to which you had agreed to.
