I set up this account for my partner to get a new phone but don’t have the sim as he uses a different one. I now want to cancel the account. Cancelled the direct debit as I’d forgotten this is what we did and didn’t recognise it. Now have an outstanding bill to pay and want to cancel but no way to contact you without the sim/mobile number. I know my account number from the letter I have received asking for money. Happy to pay but can’t.Â
