Currently pay £8 p.m. for 10Gb I think. Only need 5Gb p.m. and would be happier paying £6p.m. for that on the Black Friday deal. SIM only. Cannot get through on chat. How can I make this change? thanks

Using the app from your dashboard scroll down to upgrade now and follow that link.
From there you can select the packages you want to upgrade or downgrade to!
You may have to be with ID Mobile for a while before this feature becomes available.
You can only upgrade/downgrade once every other month on pay monthly.

Terry - thanks for the suggestion. I got as far as that after but downgrade is to 3Gb data for £6pm, rather than the Black Friday offer of 5Gb... which is where I got stuck.

your not alone a few others and myself have noticed the website giving different deals that what’s actually showing within our app
...not sure what to suggest, other than logging out and back in or closing the app and trying again later.
