Error 38

Cannot send any texts this morning  , keep getting error 38  , however the texts are to existing mobile numbers I have been texting for over a year ….everything was okay yesterday . I’ve tried restarting , and removing the sim ….any ideas

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?

It seems to be working now ….thank you for confirming there were issues 

I can't call or text and billing is upto date

Keep getting error 38wen texts fails to send

I've took sim out turn phone off, tried rebootong the phone nothing seems to be working
