Error code 28
Unable to text a certain person because of error code 28,can message everyone else on my phone but not this particular person, have restarted my phone and deleted the conversation but no luck, can someone help?

Hi Ryang1992, thanks for your post, if we can get a bit more information, we'll hopefully get this sorted for you.
Can you let us know what phone you are using, if you've changed your number recently and if you've tried deleting this person from your contact list and trying again using only the number?
Do calls work ok to this number?

Simply remove the contact and add them back again.
Check that this contact does not have multiple entries.
Check you have the correct number and code sometimes the +44 may cause an issue remove it.
Possibly just a malformed contact data entry, deleting it and adding it back should sort this issue.
