As others have experienced, I’m trying to request a PAC code and am being sent an old expired one.

View originalI have the same issue. Posted question yesterday but still no response. Need to transfer and not be charged for another months service. I requested Pac code on 30/11, it is invalid, like many others have received.

I asked for pac code at the one I was given did not work, and expired 4 days later, you have since sent the same codes again but they expired the day before, my new provider cannot use the code you are sending me, and you have said you are charging me again because I never used the pac code, which I could not. And I can never talk to a human. It’s not good enough.
