I have 2 ID Mobile Contracts both expiring on 17/5 - Emails recd to advise

Cant see how to change these to SIM Only (12m contract, U/L Calls & Texts, 3GB data £6pm)

The change options on the App are all new handsets @ £20pm+

Have you checked both the ‘Plan change’ and ‘Upgrade’ options through the iD App?

Yes, both options only have increased data or new phones all with a cost of £20+

All I want to do is keep my existing phone, keep my existing number & take a Sim only contract

Do I need to wait until the actual expiry date of my contract i.e 17th May before I can do this?

If both the Plan Change and Upgrade options in the iD Mobile app do not show the 12-month sim only contract, U/L Calls & Texts, 3GB data at £6 a month then this will not be available for you right now. I have checked this on our website and can see this sim-only tariff is for a new 12-month sim tariff.

OK - So what options do I have for a SIM only contract & how do I put that in place

You mentioned earlier, that both the Plan change and upgrade options show plans with more data. When choosing this, you would be moving to a Sim-only contract.
