I have received a letter that I have a ID Mobile Number! I’m not even in the country. 

 

I have been a victim if ID fraud. 

 

Your chat is not working and no way to get help!

Hello, 

 

I got a letter today that I purchased an account with ID Mobile but I did not purchase anything! 

I’m not even in the country. 

I have put this all over social media. 

 

I tried to contact customer service their chat does not even work and their support line is a voicemail. 

I’ve contacted the police about this.
